This course equips prospective law school applicants with the tools and confidence to thoughtfully address imperfections and gaps in their application materials. Learners explore how holistic admissions review works and why there is no “perfect” applicant, while gaining a practical decision-making framework to determine when and how to provide context for academic, professional, or personal challenges. Through guided examples, reflective activities, and a structured communication scaffold, the course demonstrates how to present setbacks with clarity, accountability, and evidence of growth—without overexplaining or sounding defensive.
