Capstone: Solve Real Problems Using Both Frameworks
Enrollment requires a LawHub Advantage purchase
About the course
This course serves as a capstone experience where learners apply everything they have learned throughout the series to realistic, complex scenarios. Using both the step‑by‑step problem‑solving process and design thinking, learners will identify problems, gather and evaluate information, generate and assess options, make decisions, take action, and reflect on outcomes. Through branching situations and incomplete information, learners will practice adapting their approach, recognizing strengths and biases, and choosing strategies that fit the needs of the people and situations involved. By the end of the course, learners will have an opportunity to bring together the full set of skills needed to solve problems more thoughtfully, creatively, and effectively.
