Enrollment requires a LawHub Advantage purchase

About the course
This course guides learners through applying the full IRAC method to a complex hypothetical, reinforcing how to spot issues, identify and synthesize rules of law, analyze facts with precision, and craft clear, well-reasoned legal conclusions. Building on the skills developed in earlier parts of the series, this course provides hands-on practice by having learners complete their own IRAC analysis of a detailed fraud fact pattern and then compare it with a sample answer to deepen understanding of how effective legal reasoning is structured. Through guided practice, reflection, and step-by-step modeling, learners solidify their ability to perform legal analysis in the same methodical, organized way expected in law school exams and professional legal writing.
