LSAT Demo Directions

Welcome to the LSAT's new user interface. This demo is designed to help you get familiarized with the new features and functionality of the interface that will go into effect with the August 2026 LSAT administration. We are currently working to refine certain features, such as highlighting and underlining, so they are currently not available in the demo but will be available later this spring. Keep in mind that the LSAT's content or format is not changing.Reading Comprehension - Questions 1-14: Each set of questions in this section is based on a single passage or a pair of passages. The questions are to be answered on the basis of what is stated or implied in the passage or pair of passages.Logical Reasoning - Questions 15-26: Each question in this section is based on the reasoning presented in the brief passage. In answering the questions, you should not make assumptions that are by common sense standards implausible, superfluous, or incompatible with the passage. For some questions, more than one of the choices could conceivably answer the question. However, you are to choose the best answer; that is, choose the response that most accurately and completely answers the question.
